ANTIAGING Institute of California
The ANTIAGING Institute of California was established on July 1st of 2000, with the mission statement of promoting a lifestyle which will help prevent, postpone and reverse the signs and symptoms of aging.
We should remember that aging is not a disease,
we can age healthy.
- Dr. Shoreh Ershadi
According to Johns Hopkins Medical Health Information, ” at the beginning of the 20th Century, the average life expectancy of American women was 40 years, approximately a half decade before the age of menopause.
Now, with the average woman living to be 80 plus years, we will spend almost 40% of our life deficient in sex hormones.
Many changes that occur in Menopause are preventable and should not cause disturbances in essential functions in our bodies, leading to irreversible impairments.
