There are great many questions about women’s health in general and women’s sexual and emotional health specifically, with few or no answers.
Lack of communication and lack of clinical knowledge are both responsible for the absence of accurate information.

This information will hopefully provide the opportunity for younger and older generations of women to communicate and share their individual and private experiences which may help many other women in this path and shed light on women’s physical, emotional and sexual health and improve the quality of our long lives.
As a woman, I never talked to my sister, my mother or my grandmother about menopause. Earlier, I thought this was so far away, and later I thought I will learn about it in Medical School. It did happen, and so little did I know.
Many women experience some of the Menopause symptoms that can make their lives very difficult, practically disrupts their daily activities.
Understanding that Menopause is a natural process does not make it any easier. Women 37 years of age and over may find themselves experiencing some form of Menopause symptoms. These symptoms can start 8 to 10 years before Menopause actually occurs. This period is known as Peri-Menopause.
The term Menopause is used when a woman has not had her menstrual cycle for one full year.
